Once again the proud Club of Birr Co. Offaly are champions of Leinster after capturing the Leinster Adult Club Hurling League title In a thrilling encounter in Wexford Park, a gallant Rathnure (WX) team failed by the minimum of margins to a Birr team who showed why they are the holders of four All-Ireland Club Titles. What adds to Their achievement in winning the Leinster League is the fact that this is the first year that have entered this competition.
